Forbidden China Wealth is sold by its seller and retailed by ClickBank. The notes below summarize the published policies as of the date shown. OccHealthNews does not process orders or refunds, and the terms shown at checkout are the ones that apply.

The 365-day guarantee

Two sources give the same number:

• the ClickBank checkout says: “ClickBank will allow for the return or replacement of any product within 365 days from the date of purchase.”;
• the seller’s page offers a 365-day money-back guarantee.

ClickBank, as the retailer, processes refunds under its own policy. Keep your receipt.

Asking for your money back

• Find your ClickBank receipt email; it contains your order number.
• Contact ClickBank order support on 1-800-390-6035 (or clkbank.com) with that order number and the email you used. You can also write to the seller’s product support.
• Keep a note of the date you bought, and ask well inside the 365 days.

The charge appears on your card statement as CLKBANK*forbchinaw, which helps if you need to identify the order.

If your audio has not arrived

The seller says the audio is delivered to your inbox, and checkout says access to digital products is immediate once payment is approved. Check your inbox, spam and promotions folders first. If nothing has arrived, contact ClickBank order support with your order number.
